Semester by the Bay intern: Corey Johnson
Corey Johnson came to Homer through the UAA Kachemak Bay Campus Semester By the Bay program and interned with KBNERR’s Education Program during the Spring Semester. During their time with KBNERR they helped lead the Orchids in the Classroom program at McNeil Elementary and Susan B. Anthony, in Seldovia. Corey is a natural educator and really helped communicate conservation values in all the programs they led. We are sad to see them go – but really excited that they will be staying in Homer and attending Semester by the Bay in the fall!
